Registration
Registration can be done on-line at www.haltonhillsgymnastics.com.
Payment
Can be made by Visa or Mastercard on-line.
Discounts
Multiple class discount - 25% discount with second class registration (1 child - 2 classes in the same session)
Multiple child discount - 20% discount on 3rd child registration
Refund Policy
Refunds for cancellation of the program are only given up to one week prior to the start of the session and will incur a $30.00 administration fee.
No refunds will be given due to Provincial Covid shut downs. Credits on account only.
No refund will be given once classes have started.
Annual Administration fee of $49 is non-refundable.
In the event that there is a forced gym closure, (not of HHGC's doing) or if a child cannot continue the program during the session due to injury or illness (Dr's note provided), a pro-rated credit will be applied to the account to be used towards future programming.

Make-up Classes
If you cannot make it to class for any reason, there will be no make-up scheduled unless a doctor’s note is provided for injury.
Inclement Weather Policy
Program cancellations due to inclement weather will be done twice per day:
7:00 am - Daytime classes will be cancelled if Halton busses are cancelled. This is in line with the policy of the Halton District School Board and is for the safety of the children.
2:00 pm – A decision will be made whether or not to cancel evening programs based on weather and road conditions. HHGC will make the decision taking the safety of our gymnasts and coaches into consideration.

Waiting List / Additional Class Times
Waiting lists will be kept and members will be called if spots become available, or if additional classes are added. Every effort will be made to add classes to accommodate those on the waiting list.
Photo / Video
HHGC occasionally takes photos and/or videos of gymnasts to promote our programs. These photos may show up in a variety of materials including our website, brochures, newspaper articles and in our facility. Names will not be used without prior permission. Please contact the office if you have concerns regarding this practice.
Administration Fee
All Gymnasts are required to pay the $49.00 Administration Fee once per year. This fee covers Gymnasts registration with Gymnastics Ontario (July 1 – June 30) and the HHGC Facility Fund.
Schedule Changes
Insufficient registration may cause a program to be cancelled. In this case, you will receive a full refund or credit to use towards another HHGC program. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any class time, fee, coach or location if needed. Every effort will be made to avoid these changes.
