We are a family oriented organization where all members of a family have the ability to participate as athlete, audience, coach or volunteer. Those who participate in our various centre programs can benefit from the simple accomplishment of learning a new gymnastic skill, to the ultimate reward of teaching skills to new young aspiring gymnasts. The club programs benefit by enhancing a healthy, active lifestyle, personal achievement, increased self-esteem and self-discipline. It presents the challenges that foster courage determination and hard work in pursuit of fun and athletic excellence.
